Justin oversees marketing efforts for M&T’s Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, and Institutional Client Services divisions, including the Wilmington Trust businesses. Additionally, he is responsible for firm wide content strategy. Justin joined M&T Bank in 2005, which acquired Wilmington Trust in 2011. During his tenure with M&T, he has held a number of leadership positions in areas including content marketing, lead management, campaign management, and segment marketing. Earlier in his career, he was an international futures trader for Crabel Capital Management. Justin holds a master’s degree in business administration from Johnson at Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, and management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he graduated summa cum laude. Justin serves as the vice chairman of the board of trustees for the Delaware College of Art and Design (DCAD).

Jennifer Halloran joined MassMutual in 2016 as the Head of Brand, Advertising, Community Responsibility and Customer Acquisition programs. In this role she is responsible for brand and customer strategy, research, and centralized marketing support to corporate, product, and field marketing campaigns. Ms. Halloran also oversees all advertising agency partners and engagement programs including social, content and media. As Head of Community Responsibility, she oversees vision and management of the MassMutual Foundation and all national programs involving community and employee responsibility and philanthropy. Her team also includes Customer Acquisition and Loyalty programs and support. Prior to joining MassMutual, Ms. Halloran worked in various marketing leadership positions in financial services and large scale advertising agencies. She spent over 10 years in various roles at Fidelity Investments managing their internal marketing agency teams as well as driving Brand, Advertising, and Integrated digital campaigns. Ms. Halloran also is founding partner of Mobiquity Inc, where she served as both Head of Strategy and CMO and it was during her tenure here that she was nominated one of the Top 20 Growth CMOs in Greater Boston. Prior to Fidelity she was a VP of Corporate Communications at Putnam Investments and served various account management roles at Hill Holliday and Digitas. Ms. Halloran holds a BA in both Economics and Political Science from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

As Chief Marketing Officer for Chase Wealth Management and Affluent, Dipti Kachru leads marketing for a suite of affluent banking, wealth management and digital investing products offered by Chase. She is responsible for development of strategic marketing programs that deliver on business acquisition, deepening and retention goals, and management of the end-to-end client experience, guiding the brand & advertising strategy, content strategy as well as the digital and branch experience. Dipti also leads key product development and innovation efforts across Chase focused on the affluent segment. Recognized for her strong leadership, analytical acumen and passion for driving breakthrough creative, Dipti has extensive experience in wealth management and financial services marketing. Over the last 7 years, she has held senior marketing roles at Chase as well as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, before which she spent 7 years OppenheimerFunds, Inc. across various marketing functions. Dipti started her career in advertising and promotional marketing, working on some of the most inspiring brands in the world including Pepsi, American Express, Cadburys and Nokia. She got her Undergraduate degree from Lady Shriram College, New Delhi and her Masters in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.

Rich Latour is the Global Head of Content at BlackRock. In this role, Rich manages the firm's overarching public-facing editorial content and distribution strategy that develops the firm's narratives and turns them into videos, podcasts and other social media assets. These stories seek to explain BlackRock's business to wider audiences by highlighting BlackRock's thought leadership on market trends, showcasing the firm's positive impact on society and positioning the firm as an employer of choice. Rich's team also oversee the firm's global paid media strategy, social media strategy and content partnerships. Prior to joining BlackRock, Rich spent 5 years as VP, Digital Content at Goldman Sachs, where he developed and led key, industry-leading content initiatives that helped bolster the firm's reputation in the years following the the financial crisis. Rich also spent nearly two decades as a broadcast journalist at NBC News as a producer and senior producer at NBC Nightly News. Rich is the recipient of 4 Emmy Awards and 2 Edward R Murrow Awards. Rich grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. He graduated from McGill University and then received a Master's in journalism from Columbia University. He resides in Manhattan with his wife and three children.
