We’re excited to kick off our 2026 Members Only Virtual Event Series with an exclusive interview with Danielle Robles, Chief Marketing Officer for Private Client Banking at JPMorgan Chase. Join us on Monday, January 26, beginning at 12 noon ET, when Danielle will make her debut on an FCS stage. She will be interviewed by Jimmy Saunders, Executive Director at The New York Times.
Danielle leads marketing across the firm’s private client business and its next-generation concierge banking concepts, operating at the intersection of growth, client experience, and platform evolution. Her remit spans acquisition, engagement, field marketing, events, and martech—most notably guiding firmwide communications and integration during the First Republic acquisition while helping stand up new banking models. Earlier, she was part of the founding team that built JPMorgan’s Wealth Management business, shaping acquisition and engagement capabilities and supporting more than 6,000 advisors across the branch network. Her career also includes launching Chase Offers at national scale, pioneering performance-based paid media models, and holding product marketing and partnership roles at American Express.
In gratitude to Danielle, the FCS will donate $1,000 to the children’s charity of her choice: Harlem Children’s Zone, which strives to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with on-the-ground, all-around programming that builds up opportunities for children, families, and communities to thrive in school, work and life.
