FCS Race for Kids Raises $100,000+ for Children’s Charities

The FCS today announced our annual FCS Race for Kids donation for 2020 totals more than $100,000, which includes a $25,000 donation from Investor’s Business Daily’s private foundation.

The donation is shared equally by Hope & Heroes Columbia University Medical Center, Downey Side Adoption Agency, and Make A Wish Vermont.

The full amount of $102,058 represents 100% of the net proceeds from the 21st Annual FCS Race for Kids Marketing Summit, held January 9-12, 2020, at the Lodge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. This prestigious event for financial marketers included three days of fireside forums, featuring interviews, panel discussions and presentations with senior industry executives. Race for Kids is a family friendly event offering numerous on-mountain and off-slope activities. In addition to the 250+ business guests and family members, the FCS welcomed three families from the charities, who spoke to our audience at the Friday night group dinner, sharing their personal stories of hope and love.

Since 2000, the FCS has raised more than $2,750,000 for seven children’s charities across the country.
